LDG Wins Victory for Consumers in Supreme Court

In Shelton v. Restaurant.com, Inc., Bruce D. Greenberg, Katrina Carroll, and their co-counsel won a groundbreaking, unanimous decision that interpreted New Jersey's Truth in Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act in favor of consumers. Mr. Greenberg argued the case, twice, before the Supreme Court. The decision establishes that the statute protects consumers whether they are buying "tangible" products or, as in this case, "intangible" restaurant gift certificates that are purchased online.
