Along with co-counsel, LDG has filed a motion for class certification with the federal court that is handling the Avalon at Edgewater fire matter. The motion seeks certification of two classes: one class includes all tenants and occupants of the Russell Building, which was completely destroyed by the fire, and the other class includes all tenants and occupants of the River Mews building, who suffered other damages as a result of the fire.
