On November 5, 2015, Judge Katherine Polk Failla appointed LDG as co-lead counsel in Gordon v. Amadeus, a class action filed in the Southern District of New York. The appointment is reflected in an order handed down by the Court on December 7, 2015. The case alleges that the three ticket distribution companies named as defendants in the matter formed a cartel to negotiate advantageous contracts with the airlines, which has caused ticket prices for consumers to be inflated for several years.
