The attached Court-approved notice and claim form are being sent out today to former tenants of the Russell Building at Avalon at Edgewater, which was destroyed in a fire in January 2015, as part of a proposed class action settlement. The notice describes the case, the proposed settlement, and the options that former Russell Building tenants have regarding the settlement.
