Marissa L. Quigley focuses her practice on complex commercial and class action litigation, municipal tort liability defense, and equine law. Before joining the firm, Ms. Quigley was a commercial litigation associate of a national law firm, focusing her practice on complex commercial matters, including products liability defense, commercial real estate litigation, employment defense, franchise disputes, intellectual property matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, and corporate governance claims. 


Ms. Quigley has extensive written and oral motion practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Law and Chancery Divisions of the New Jersey Superior Court. Ms. Quigley has also assisted with successful appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. Ms. Quigley is also skilled in discovery matters, particularly the unique challenges raised in complex commercial litigation involving significant electronic productions.


Ms. Quigley has authored several articles for the ABA Commercial and Business Litigation Magazine, including CAFA and its Impact on Class Action Litigation, Winter 2009; You Don't Need a Weatherman To Know Which Way the Wind Blows: Evaluating the Need for Expert Testimony in Jury Trials, Fall 2007; Getting a Grip on the Litigation Hold, E-discovery, Special Publication of the ABA, 2007.


Ms. Quigley served as Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Mercer County Bar Association from 2009 to 2010, and is actively involved in the County Bar Associations. Ms. Quigley is also a coach for the Seton Hall Law School Interscholastic Moot Court Team.
