Emily Fea has a multifaceted background garnered from her undergraduate studies in finance and technology and legal work in family law and civil litigation.
After earning her law degree, Emily completed a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Tara Schillari-Rich, J.S.C., at the Family Part of the Hudson County Superior Court. In that capacity, she prepared draft opinions and orders for a variety of family law matters such as custody, child support and property settlements.
While in law school, Emily worked as a law clerk at two private law firms and as a research assistant at her alma mater. She also competed in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition and served as a student attorney in the Center for Social Justice.

Emily volunteers with NJ LEEP as an attorney-mentor for high-school students and has spoken at various panels for high-school and college students regarding the law school journey.
