With a keen eye for accuracy, Patrick draws on his research skills to draft and edit documents in a wide variety of civil, criminal, and family matters. He has been part of a team handling employment law matters at the federal district court level and is comfortable in mediations, depositions, and pretrial conferences. Patrick also has experience with workers’ compensation and personal injury matters.
While earning his juris doctor, Patrick honed his research and presentation skills serving as a research assistant, as a teaching assistant, and through various internships. He spent a summer as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson, A.J.S.C., in Trenton, New Jersey, and completed multiple internships with law firms in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Carmen Messano, P.J.A.D., presiding judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

While in law school, Patrick served as notes and comments editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy.
