In the case of Jersey City United Against the New Ward Map v. Jersey City Ward Commission, Bruce D. Greenberg represented the City of Jersey City and Councilman Daniel Rivera in the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Today, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the arguments advanced by the City and Councilman Rivera.

Financial Institution Plaintiffs have reached a settlement with Wawa, Inc. in In re: Wawa Inc. Data Security Litigation, No. 2:19-cv-06019 (E.D. Pa.). The action arises out of a December 2019 data security incident at Waw that compromised over 30 million payment cards.
