Anthony D. Zatkos, Jr., draws on his extensive research and analytical skills to draft, review and edit documents in a wide array of commercial litigation and class action disputes.
He has strong experience in pharmaceuticals-related patent matters, including abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) litigation, as well as derivative shareholder, fraud, merger and other actions involving clients with investments, operations and products in a broad range of industries.
Anthony’s commercial litigation experience includes antitrust issues, breach of contract and other contract disputes, tax fraud investigations, and financial and investment matters (including residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) disputes), in addition to matters involving labor and employment law, labeling fraud, whistleblower complaints, bankruptcy, due diligence and internal investigations, and unfair business practices.
Anthony also has handled general civil litigation involving divorce, personal injury, no-fault insurance filings, false imprisonment and civil rights matters, letters of administration and death compromises, trial conferences and negotiations, arbitrations and case settlements.

Anthony is adept at research and online document review using a variety of platforms, paper and audio reviews, as well as targeted searches, quality control, privilege and confidentiality review, deposition preparation, and redaction.

Anthony served as a contributor and editor for the Yudes Family Law Citator, published each year by the New Jersey Institute of Legal Education.
FOR THE COMMUNITY
Anthony served as a long-standing member of the North Arlington, New Jersey, chapter of U.N.I.C.O. National, the largest Italian-American service organization in the country. He was involved in organizing charitable events for the organization held throughout the year. He also serves as a service volunteer at Queen of Peace Grammar School in North Arlington.
