Nicole Flynn advises clients on a variety of matters. An avid researcher, her experience includes civil rights actions, class action litigation, internal investigations, preparation and analysis of discovery material, documents drafting, and other services on behalf of public and private entities.
While earning her law degree, Nicole was a semi-finalist for the Eugene Gressman Appellate Moot competition and was awarded Best Brief for Respondent. She also served on the Mock Trial board.
Prior to her career in law and after earning her master’s degree in education, Nicole served as a middle school teacher.
